Why are healthy trees important?

Trees hold significant value for both public and private communities. They add significant value to your property, while also presenting a risk factor in landscape management, whether in residential or commercial areas. Trees continue to serve as symbols, icons, pillars, canopies, and central features for our communities.
A tree can be an important part of your family, similar to pets, though less so than your children. Trees hold significant value as they fill landscapes, line streets, and provide essential shade in the summer, cooling the air we breathe or acting like an umbrella during a storm.
The aesthetic value is invaluable. Picture a world without trees to gaze upon, to provide shelter for birds and animals. Trees purify our air by capturing pollutants like carbon dioxide in their leaves and bark. They absorb carbon dioxide, allowing oxygen to be released during photosynthesis, which supplies oxygen for us to breathe as trees release water vapor into the air during transpiration.
Trees are an integral part of our existence,
and should be treated as such. Your trees should never be topped! They are just too important to our existence. Call M.D. Tree Surgery for the right alternative to make your trees safe, healthy and beautiful.
